Austin Levin is a third-generation entrepreneur. His grandparents began their window-making business in a South Philadelphia garage. His father built that into a company with over 1,100 employees. When they sold the business in 2019, Austin took the same values he’d learned his whole life and started something new. His sister Sydney has been his business partner from day one.

Do I need prior insurance or sales experience to apply?

Nope! No experience is required. We provide full training, licensing support, and mentorship. If you’re motivated and coachable, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Is this a remote or in-person role?

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. Our office is high-energy, modern, and built for success. Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available after training.

Will I have to cold call people?

Not at all. Every lead is warm and inbound — people are actively reaching out for help with their Medicare or insurance options. Your job is to guide, not pressure.

How much can I realistically earn in the first year?

Most people earn somewhere between $75,000 and $90,000 or more in their first year. Top performers hit six figures. Here’s the part most sales jobs don’t tell you: the clients you help this year tend to come back next year, and when they do, you get paid on them again. Your income builds on itself instead of starting over every January.

What does the training process look like?

Training is paid and happens on-site. We’ll help you get licensed, walk you through real conversations, and coach you every day as you build confidence. You’ll never feel thrown in the deep end — you’re supported from day one.

What about the licensing exam? I’ve heard that’s where people drop off.

The licensing exam is real — we won’t pretend it isn’t. But you’re not taking it alone. We walk you through the material, run practice sessions, and make sure you feel ready before you sit for it. If you don’t pass the first time, you can retake it. What matters is that you’re here and you’re working. We keep supporting you until you get there.
