Is this a remote or in-person role?
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. Our office is high-energy, modern, and built for success. Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available after training.
Will I have to cold call people?
Absolutely not. All leads are warm and inbound — meaning people are actively requesting help with their Medicare or insurance options. Your job is to guide, not pressure.
How much can I realistically earn in the first year?
The base salary is $52,000, with most agents earning $70–90K+ in year one through commissions and bonuses. Top performers can exceed six figures early — and renewals build over time.
What does the training process look like?
Training is paid and happens on-site. We’ll help you get licensed, walk you through real conversations, and coach you daily as you build confidence. You’ll be supported from day one.
